Our History

Owners David Casey and Dean Botelho have over 50 years of experience in the office equipment and document management service industries. They first began working together in 1996, at Xcopy, a Xerox service agency owned and operated by Mr. Casey. In 2002, they joined forces and established Digital Document Solutions to offer the businesses of Massachusetts and Rhode Island a place where all of their office equipment needs could be met. They credit their longevity in the industry to exceptional and personalized service, a talented and professional staff, quality products from manufacturers and being able to adapt to a constantly changing marketplace.
