Maintenance Contracts

Our comprehensive and affordable maintenance contracts provide you with everything you need to keep your copier, printer or fax machine operating as it should. The contracts we offer vary in type and cost and are determined by the type of hardware that has to be serviced and your specific business needs. With each contract we offer, you can expect to receive:
  • Prompt and reliable copier service and repair
  • Copier parts and labor
  • All necessary supplies to repair or operate your device, except staples and paper
  • A managed supply schedule designed to prevent downtime due to lack of supplies
All of our services are also available to customers who prefer to avoid purchasing a service contract. If we're contacted for maintenance, repairs or supplies, we'll bill you for time and materials.
